Manufacturers stop hosting documentation for equipment they no longer sell. We do not. If you own it and we service it, the manual is here, whether your system went in last month or twenty years ago.
Written by us, not by the manufacturer. This is the method we actually use in Birmingham yards, and it is the one thing on this page that decides whether the fence works.
Look at the box on the garage wall. The model is printed on the front. If it is not, or if the box is long gone, send us a photo and we will tell you what you are looking at, whether or not we installed it.

The troubleshooter walks the same checks we would, and a fair number of people fix it themselves with a battery. If not, we service every brand.
