A Louisiana native, Rob has called Birmingham home since 1987. He served in the U.S. Navy beginning in 1989 and came into the family business in 1994 while still with the Reserves. He has run Pet Stop of Alabama alone since his brother Keith left in 2023, and he has been GentleSteps certified since 2011. Rob prices most jobs himself, which means the person who quoted your yard is the person the crew answers to. During business hours you get him, Philip or Jordan on the phone, not an answering service. Rob has been married to his wife Stephanie since 1998 and they have two children. They are an active family, often out at outdoor festivals and art exhibitions around Birmingham, and eating their way through the local restaurant scene. Their favorite place to travel is Negril, Jamaica, where they have been many times. Since 2012 Rob has coordinated the Beer Garden craft beer event for the Moss Rock Festival, where he serves on the Advisory Board.
